Project Management Service We believe in working closely with our customers to ensure we deliver on time, within budget and to the customer's satisfaction. In order to do this effectively we include as standard; A site manager who is always on hand to ensure the project runs smoothly, he has a hands on approach working along side the team, and is also responsible for health and safety on site. A partner or senior manager from Display Fit who will be the main day to day contact. They are part of the initial process to understand your requirements and deliver them. Working as the liaison between site, the customer and our fitting team to ensure the project is delivered and expectations are managed professionally. They are also available to liase with your own Project Manager or Architect. There is also an additional option of a dedicated project manager to liase with your internal teams, external suppliers and client at all stages. Please ask for more information.
